VISITORS, WOO HOO!!!

Yesterday we had some visitors. It is nice to have visitors since I don't get out much. This one was an especially great treat since it was a friend and her son that I have known for 8 years. We now both have kids, so that is neat that our kids get along so well. Thanks you all for joining us for the afternoon!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

I guess every kid does have a "CHEESE" face!!! I love it.

So Proud Of My HUBBY And His Boys

I know this is a little late, but I did want to say how proud I am of my husband and his football team this year. They went undefeated this season and even though I missed all but one game, I couldn't be more proud of all of them!!!
Great Job Tigers!!!

Christmas, Here We Come Part 2

Well, little did I know that we would be decorating for Christmas into day 2, but here they are making the house even better. This is not the greatest pic since I missed the roof pictures during the day, but here is my hubby taking my fragile daughter on the roof again!!!
Here are the reindeer that Clark Griswold, oh wait,it was Lance went to get so we could have LOTS of lights this Christmas. We need a few snowflakes too. I really don't think he is finished yet. I will keep you updated!

This is the tree they picked up for Rachel's room this year and she did decorate this one herself!

"Mommy, I Think There Is Something In Our Stockings!"

This morning when Rachel got up she ran to the living room and ran back saying she thinks she saw something in our stockings. I told her that Santa hadn't come yet. She said she wanted to play in her room. Lance and I slept on and after a while she came back and asked "how many more minutes until Santa leaves". I just giggled and tried to explain that he was not coming for a while. I guess it is time to get out the calender to put a star on the day that we are going to make cookies and leave milk for the him.

Anyone up for a Givaway???

Go on over to 5 Moms and a Blog and enter!! Those moms are really funny!!!

Christmas, Here We Come

We got out all the Christmas stuff yesterday to get ready for the greatest season on Earth. Seeing as we don't know what will happen each day of this pregnancy, we have to get things done when we can. We have all of my side of the family coming on Dec. 5th, so we have to be ready early anyway. It was so much fun. I think I say this every year, but this year was my favorite.
Rachel and I talked about the ornaments as we got them out, and she hung them (95%) of them herself. She did a great job.

Here is the finished product:

As for the decorations under the tree, she insisted that is where they go instead of around the house. I tried, but that is where they will remain I guess.

I am now chomping at the bit to get out the Elf On The Shelf to begin the first year of that tradition. I think he will come while we are gone for Thanksgiving. I am so excited!!! I can't wait to blog about all the mischief he will get into. Maybe I can keep up everyday with this one.

Shopping List

Lance and Rachel have taken over all the shopping due to my need to stay laying down. I think it really is a fun time for them. I know it is for Rachel. Each time they have to go, Lance makes out a list for her so she can find all the things we need. This time he figured out that she will only shop in order, so he grouped them in order of the way the store stocks them. He said it is not real fun going from one end of the store to the other. I only wish I was there to watch her shop.

GUESS WHO PASSED

I DID!!!!!!!! I passed my Glucose test and my fetal test came back negative. That was more good news in one week. I love it. The fetal test means I will not deliver until Wed. the 25th at the earliest. They will repeat the test then and hopefully they can assure me 2 more weeks. I am so happy. That way I know I will at least make it to 30 weeks!!! WOO HOO!!!

Pictures Of Perfection!!!

Well, another doctor visit down, and now we have surpassed the 28 week mark. It is a celebration in my world. It really is giving my that extra push to the end. They did a sono and she is measuring PERFECT and on target. She weighed in at 2 lbs 9 oz. I am actually measuring big, I KNOW, I never measured big with Rachel. They said she looked great and my cervix is still hanging in there. I was so grateful to hear GOOD news today and no bad news. Here are some pics for your enjoyment.

Baby Girl LeFevre in 3D

(I had them check AGAIN, even after giving me a 99.999999% assurance before!) They did a Fetal Fibronectin test to see if I will deliver in the next 2 weeks. I also had my H1N1 flu shot, my Rhogam shot, and I had my glucose test, which includes drinking the wonderful "orange stuff" and getting my blood drawn. So, I was filled with Taz bandaids, and Rachel got 2 suckers and 5 stickers. I will post more when I get my results from my tests.

Runny Nose + Tissue Box + 4 Yr Old = THIS

I guess this is what happens when you leave a 4 yr old over night with free reign on the tissue box. She will only use each one once! I guess she needs a trash can next to her bed!

Nap Time

Rachel doesn't take naps anymore, but I guess with this time change, she was in dire need of one. As Lance watched the Cowboy game, I took my nap (which I still need!) and she apparently crawled up in his lap and used him as a bed. It was so sweet to wake up and see them snuggling. It is a rare occasion that she sleeps on us anymore, he loved all the love he was getting!!!
He doesn't look like he is enjoying it, but maybe it was the game, or just that I was taking pictures!
