Mi Mi and Poppy are getting a baby boxer this week and Rachel wants to name it. She had already called them to put in her vote on the name.
Today, she brought home her monthly journal from school and this is what she wrote about the day she found out they were getting her:
She drew her, Poppy, and Maisy! I don't think they really have a choice now as to the name, Rachel is convinced that her name is Maisy! She wanted it to rhyme with Daisy, our dog!
We also noticed that this month she was drawing clothes on her people. That is interesting since last year we learned that the more detail kids put in their drawings, the more they are growing developmentally. It is really neat to see how much her people have changed in the last 2 years.
