Today my mom came to town to eat lunch with Rachel and I, and then hung out at the house for a little bit. I took that time to go for a little run. I downloaded a new app (Log Your Run), and went on my way. I walked a bit, and when I started running, I realized how incredibly out of shape I really am. I was dying after not even a minute. So, I walked some more, and ran a little more, then on to more walking, and by the last interval of running I think I did pretty well. I enjoyed 2.57 miles of alone time. It was nice. I think I will make it a usual activity!!!
