I have been waiting for this since she turned one. She just has not had too much of a desire to walk thus far. Which, I thought was going to be TOTALLY opposite. You would thing she would want to be up and around with her sister!!!
She has lately started to hold your hand and walk to the end of the earth and back.
Every time you tried to let go, she would just fall and whine until you gave her a finger to hold again. Sometimes she would refuse to even move herself at all until you helped her walk!
So, today I refused to hold her hand and just walked behind her with my arms by her to catch her. With TONS of encouragement, she began walking like that all over.
The great thing is that she was hardly ever falling, so I started backing off.
Eventually, she began just walking by herself. I was so proud. She walked up and down the hall several times before bed. I am so proud, and so happy, maybe she will stop crawling outside and ruining her pants, tights, and anything else on her knees.

I love it! Can't wait to see her....and her hair is growing so fast too! Wow she's going up so quick! I need a Nana-Madi day!
