When we started in the coaching profession back 8 years ago, our head coach told us about an organization that advocated coaches ministering to kids. So, we attended our fist Coaches Outreach Marriage Conference. It was wonderful. It was a time for Lance and I to reconnect and be around other christian coaches and their wives. It was nice for me to talk to other wives that go through the same things I do. We loved it and we have been back 3 more time since. We took 2 years off when we had each of the girls, but we were so glad to get back. It is amazing how much more you get out of it when you have little ones to take up your time.
